This programme is tailored made to meet all of your pregnancy and beyond needs. We include full body stretching and strengthening, pelvic floor and core specific pre/post natal yoga, breathing and relaxation. All trimesters and abilities welcome. Experience your pregnancy glow up with Heidi.

Each week will include 3 yoga sessions, including access to guided meditation with positive affirmations for pregnancy and beyond. Sessions will be combination of Prenatal yoga, and gentle full body conditioning. In addition to the sessions there will be additional challenges for you such as a daily step target, specific pelvic floor exercises, birth preparation exercises, perineal massage workshops, positions for labour workshop, exercises to optimise babies position for birth and much more!

As a yoga teacher and a mom myself I completely understand what you are going through as your body changes during pregnancy. I am here for you, every step of the way, to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I want you to be able to move confidently, with ease and safely throughout your whole Pregnancy and beyond.
We understand that the process of pregnancy and birth can be stressful and we want to help make the process easier for you from beginning to end. As a Birth Doula we are here to provide Information, Physical Support and most of all Emotional Support.
What is a Doula?

Welcoming new life into the world is one of the most sacred journeys a woman can take. It’s beautiful, transformative, and at times, overwhelming. A doula walks beside you through it all — offering steady presence, compassion, and care so you feel held and supported every step of the way.
A doula is a trained birth companion who provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She’s there to listen deeply, guide gently, and remind you of your inner strength as you move through this powerful transition into motherhood.
Unlike doctors or midwives who focus on the medical side of birth, doulas offer heart-centered, non-medical support — creating space for calm, confidence, and connection. From soothing touch and breathwork to helping your partner feel grounded and involved, your doula nurtures an environment where you can birth with trust, awareness, and peace.
Birth is not something you have to do alone — it’s something you can experience with presence, power, and support.

Postpartum Doula Support

The journey doesn’t end after birth — it simply transforms. The early days of motherhood are tender, raw, and full of change. As your body heals and you begin to bond with your baby, a postpartum doula provides the gentle care, reassurance, and guidance every new mother deserves.
Postpartum doula support focuses on nurturing the mother, so she can nurture her baby. This may include emotional support, light household help, newborn care education, breastfeeding support, and holding space for your physical and emotional recovery. It’s about creating balance, rest, and connection — helping you adjust with grace, confidence, and a sense of calm.
Whether you need someone to listen, prepare nourishing meals, guide you through gentle movement or breathwork, or simply remind you that you’re doing beautifully — your doula is there to hold that space.

A Doula Programme is a unique, heart-centered practice that weaves together the nurturing power of yoga with the compassionate presence of doula support. Designed for the childbearing journey—before, during, and after birth—this practice helps you connect deeply to your body, trust your intuition, and move through each stage with grace.
Difference between Pre- & Post-natal Yoga & a Doula Programme:
While Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga typically focuses on gentle movement, breathing, and relaxation to support the changing body during pregnancy and after birth, a Doula Programme offers an added layer of support.
In our Doula Programme, you’ll still experience safe, pregnancy-friendly yoga sessions and breathwork — but it also include key elements of doula care:
• Practical tools for labor (like comfort techniques and positioning)
• Emotional support and space to process fears or concerns
• Birth education and preparation tailored to your needs
• Conversations around your birth plan and preferences
It’s not just about staying flexible or relaxed — it’s about feeling informed, supported, and emotionally ready for the entire birthing journey.
Our DOULA PROGRAMME is led by Heidi Jamal, founder of Yoga House and a certified doula and yoga teacher, these sessions go beyond just stretching or relaxation. They include labor preparation, birth education, comfort techniques, and space to process emotions around pregnancy and birth.
The goal is to support you in a real, down-to-earth way — physically, mentally, and emotionally — throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Motherhood opened my heart and deepened my connection to life’s simple joys… it’s where I learned that true strength often comes from softness.
Through motherhood, I discovered that nurturing others begins with nurturing myself, and yoga became the bridge between the two. Yoga is very similar to motherhood in so many ways…
Like Motherhood… Yoga has been one of my greatest teachers; showing me patience, presence, and unconditional love in ways I never imagined.
It’s a journey that began as a way to find calm in the chaos of everyday life, but it quickly became much more; a path of self-discovery and connection.
Today, I’m passionate about helping others explore yoga beyond the poses, finding strength, stillness, and love both on and off the mat.

💛 I’m a proud mom of two wonderful boys — my oldest is 14, and my youngest is 2½. Yes, there’s quite an age gap, but I’m truly enjoying every moment of this beautiful balance between teen years and toddler adventures! I’m also a mom to an adorable fur baby cat (you will see a glimpse of her moving around me in my videos). 😸
💫 I’m married to my best friend who is an incredibly patient and loving husband and supports me in everything I do — even when my ideas come out of nowhere, which is a lot I admit! :)
📚 I’m a total bookworm — reading is my escape, my teacher, and my favorite way to unwind.
🧘♀️ My favorite yoga poses are Headstand (Sirsasana) and Dancer Pose (Natarajasana) — they both remind me of grace, strength, and balance in motion.
🌍 My mother tongue is Egyptian 𓂀𓆣𓆙𓋹𓆣𓆃, and I also speak English fluently. Over the years, I’ve learned Spanish and French — though I admit I’ve lost some practice along the way!
📚 I studied in a British School throughout my childhood up until university, which shaped a big part of who I am today — blending cultures, perspectives, and a lifelong love for learning and commitment.
🍵 I love my tea — especially black tea and English Breakfast — it’s my daily ritual, morning and evening.
🍲 I adore Egyptian cuisine and all Middle Eastern flavors. From comforting home-style dishes to little indulgences, food for me is connection, tradition, and joy.
✨ I believe that life’s journey is a blend of curiosity, growth, and self-discovery — and that even the smallest mindful moments can lead to transformation.
