The Yoga House is an ideal space for small workshops and retreats
such as women’s gatherings, singing groups,
drumming sessions, book clubs or small gatherings.

A.    Rates

• HOURLY/$20.00 per hour/3 hour minimum
• DAILY/ $120
• WEEKEND/$200

B.    Conditions

1.    Damage deposit and Rental payment

Damage deposit fully refundable if all areas of The Yoga House are in the same condition as received.  Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or space.  Damage deposit is half of the rental agreement.

2.    Cancellation Policy

If the renter cancels the event less than 24 hours prior to the event, the damage deposit will be retained. If the event is cancelled by The Yoga House for any reason, the deposit is fully refundable.

3.    Clean-up

The Yoga House will be clean upon rental. It is expected that it be returned in the same condition.

4.    Keys

Keys will be provided 1 hour prior to event and are to be returned 1 hour (following clean-up) following the event.

5.    Decorations

No staples, thumbtacks, tape or nails on the walls.

6.    Parking

The Yoga House has a gravel driveway available for parking as well as street parking. Please do not park on the grass.

7.    Food Policy

The Yoga House is a non-eating establishment.
Please feel free to provide your own tea. Mugs, teapots, etc in kitchen.

8.    Smoking Policy

The Yoga House is a  non-smoking facility inside and out.

9.    Heat Policy

Prior to use, please turn heat up for your comfort and return back after using.  Feel free to use the woodstove, but provide your own wood and kindling for use.

D.    Consent and Release

I have read this Agreement and hereby covenant and agree to all of the general terms and specific conditions set out and, in particular, hereby covenant and agree that I am personally responsible and obligated to pay all charges due The Yoga House in accordance with the conditions as stated above. I further acknowledge and agree that any breach of any of the conditions may result in the termination of my right to use the Premises at the discretion of The Yoga House.
