What to Expect
For 4 weeks, mothers in their first year postpartum will receive gentle guidance twice a week in deeply nourishing 45–60 minute sessions.
This is not a traditional yoga class.
This is a more supportive, therapeutic-informed experience designed specifically for the postpartum season.
Each session blends:
Trauma-Informed Practices
Tools that support emotional regulation, nervous system settling, and navigating the profound physical and emotional shifts of motherhood.
Gentle Postnatal Yoga & Yoga-Therapy-Inspired Movement
Intentional, modified movement to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease tension in the shoulders and back, and support whole-body recovery after birth.
One Private 1-on-1 Check-In
A personalized space to ask questions, reflect, and receive guidance tailored to your postpartum journey.
By the end of this programme, you may feel:
More connected to your body and grounded, instead of fragmented.
Greater mental spaciousness, with tools to quiet overwhelm and the constant “to-do list.”

Our doula birth support service offers compassionate, personalized guidance before, during, and after your baby’s arrival.
I provide emotional support, evidence-based education, and hands-on assistance to help you feel confident, prepared, and empowered throughout your birth journey. Whether it’s creating a birth plan, offering comfort techniques during labor, I’m here to ensure you and your baby are cared for every step of the way.
Standard Doula Birth Support Package:
Our Standard Package offers a deeper level of support for families who want more guidance, more preparation, and more continuity throughout pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.
Enhanced Prenatal Support:
2–3 prenatal visits (in-person or virtual) to dive deeper into your birth preferences
Education on labor stages, coping techniques, interventions, and partner support
Assistance creating or refining your birth plan
Ongoing email/text support throughout pregnancy
Comprehensive Labor & Birth Support:
On-call support from 38 weeks until your baby arrives
Continuous in-person support throughout labor
Hands-on comfort measures: massage, acupressure, positioning, breathing, and visualization
Guidance to help you and your partner feel grounded and supported
Support in communicating your preferences with your medical team
Expanded Postpartum Support:
Up to 2 postpartum visits within the first two weeks
Support with newborn care, feeding (breast/chest or bottle), and soothing techniques
Emotional support and reassurance during the early postpartum transition
Check-ins and resources to help you feel confident as you settle in with your baby
