What to Expect
For 4 weeks, mothers in their first year postpartum will receive gentle guidance twice a week in deeply nourishing 45–60 minute sessions.
This is not a traditional yoga class.
This is a more supportive, therapeutic-informed experience designed specifically for the postpartum season.

Tools that support emotional regulation, nervous system settling, and navigating the profound physical and emotional shifts of motherhood.
Gentle Postnatal Yoga & Yoga-Therapy-Inspired Movement
Intentional, modified movement to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease tension in the shoulders and back, and support whole-body recovery after birth.
One Private 1-on-1 Check-In
A personalized space to ask questions, reflect, and receive guidance tailored to your postpartum journey.
