
Hormone Yoga Therapy Sessions
Live weekly sessions (online) available on:
Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
Time: 1:00–1:30 PM (EST)
For optimal results, it is recommended to practice five times per week during the first three months (each session is approximately 30 minutes).
After the initial three months, you may reduce your practice to three sessions per week for ongoing maintenance and support.
