I support women through the many transitions of womanhood—offering gentle, grounding yoga practices designed to regulate the nervous system, support pelvic health, and promote hormonal balance. Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, navigating fertility or cycle changes, moving through perimenopause, or simply craving a place to breathe and move gently, you are welcome here.

Yoga House Canada also offers HORMONE YOGA THERAPY (HYT). HYT is a natural, effective way to support women’s hormonal health. This dynamic practice gently stimulates hormone production in the ovaries, thyroid, pituitary, and adrenal glands — helping to reduce symptoms of hormonal imbalance and restore energy, mood, and vitality.

HYT combines Hatha Yoga, Kundalini techniques, and Tibetan energy circulation practices in a simple, targeted sequence. With dynamic postures, focused breathing, visualization, concentration, and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra), the practice works on both the physical and energetic levels, helping your hormonal system regain balance.

As a 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in women’s health, HYT, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and a doula-trained birth worker, I offer classes that prioritize breath, rest, and sustainable strength. Through therapeutic sequencing, we work with your body’s natural rhythms—never against them.

My work is guided by the understanding that women’s bodies move through seasons. Yoga becomes a space to soften, restore balance, rebuild trust, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
