A monthly sanctuary for women inside Yoga House Canada

The Queens’ Club is a gentle monthly membership created for women who want consistent nervous-system support, meaningful connection, and a soft place to land — without pressure or overwhelm.

For $10/month, members receive ongoing access to the following:

✨ Monthly Live Online Queens Circle

A live, online circle held once per month to help you slow down, breathe, and reset.

Each circle includes:

  • Gentle, accessible yoga

  • Breathwork and deep relaxation

  • Reflection and optional sharing

  • Themes centered on hormones, motherhood, transitions, rest, and emotional wellbeing

Can’t attend live? Replays are always available.

🌙 Monthly Members-Only Yoga Practice

Each month, members receive access to an exclusive recorded yoga practice (15–25 minutes), created specifically for Queens’ Club members.

These practices are:

  • Nervous-system soothing

  • Hormone-supportive

  • Pregnancy & postpartum aware

  • Easy to return to anytime

Over time, this becomes a growing private library of supportive practices.

💬 Private WhatsApp Queens Community

Membership includes access to a private WhatsApp group — a supportive, low-pressure space to stay connected between sessions.

Inside the group, you’ll find:

  • Gentle weekly check-ins or reflection prompts

  • Voice notes and encouragement from Heidi

  • Space to share, ask questions, or simply witness

  • A sense of sisterhood and belonging

  • Access to partner wellness discounts (nutritionist, physiotherapy, massage therapy, etc.)

Participation is always optional. You are welcome to be quiet and receive.

🌿 Seasonal In-Person Queens Gatherings (Optional)

A few times per year, members are invited to optional in-person Queens Gatherings held in rotating locations across the GTA, chosen by member vote.

Each gathering includes:

  • Restorative yoga

  • Guided nervous-system relaxation

  • Tea, fresh fruit, and light nourishing snacks

  • Space for meaningful in-person connection

These gatherings are optional and may include a small additional fee to cover space and refreshments. Members receive priority access and special pricing.
