My name is Heidi Jamal, and I am the founder of YOGA HOUSE.

In a world that moves so fast, finding moments of stillness can feel impossible. As a mom of two, I know how hard it can be to balance life’s many demands while also caring for your own well-being. Yoga became my sanctuary, a way to reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and discover the inner peace I didn’t even realize I was missing.

This journey led me to create YOGA HOUSE, a space where anyone—whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner can feel safe, empowered, and inspired to explore movement and mindfulness.
